1. Discovery Call (30 minutes)
   We’ll hop on a call to go over the project, goals, and any key details.

2. Proposal & Quote
   I’ll send a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and a flat-rate quote.

3. Contract & Deposit
   Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit to reserve your project slot.

4. First Draft Delivery
   You’ll receive the first draft in Google Docs based on our agreed timeline.

5. Revisions
   Leave comments directly in the doc, and I’ll turn around edits within 3–5 business days. If a second round is needed, we’ll repeat the process.

6. Final Sign-Off & Invoice
   Once everything’s approved, I’ll send the final invoice for the remaining 50%.
